Hatha Yoga Practice

Dive deep into a sustainable practice with a long-time practitioner and experienced teacher of 30 years.

Yoga postures create healthy and positive experiences and alignment in the body. They are tools which support personal growth and self realization. We all have this potential. At times we need a guide to shed the light. Ultimately our journey is not one of leaping into unknown territory, but that of remembering.

Learn how to maintain energy, and heal lower back pain, joint issues, arthritis, anxiety, and digestive issues, to name a few. Yoga asana can serve as a means of maintaining physical functions, reduce the effects of aging, retain clarity of mind and a peaceful heart.

Private yoga sessions allow the teacher and student to dialogue about issues specific to the individual. Together we can create a practice that is relevant to your current state of being. This can be modified over time evolving as the student does.


Private Sessions (my studio or your home) $100/90 min

Private Group Sessions $150/90 min (my studio for up to 2 people, or a rental for additional fee)
